I've lived here for 2 years and I love my loft so I have accepted the rude leasing agents and the always filthy dumpster area. However, I recently broke my knee and had surgery. I am on crutches or in a wheelchair for at least 12 weeks. I can't get out the front door in a wheelchair because there is a gap in the floor (they tell me that it's up to code though) or in the back door because there are steps. So I have to come in and out on crutches and it's really a struggle to get the door open (requires both hands which if you've ever tried on crutches it's pretty dicey). So I asked mgmt for the security code that all the employees use to buzz themselves in and was told that it would be a huge liability for them and they won't do it. They said it rudely and offered no other suggestions or help. I'm really lucky that this is a temporary situation and that once I get back on my feet I get get the heck out of this place for good.
