I moved in about a month and a half ago and have had pretty good experiences.
Amy, who was the leasing manager at the time was quick and friendly.
All of the common areas are clean and don't smell (which is hard to come by in apartment communities.) The gym is nice, the tanning bed is nice, the hot tub is nice and the party room is nice.
My only complaints would be the thin walls (however, I must mention that I got stuck next to someone who has surround sound that shakes the walls, come on, it's not AMC movie theater!), there is a lack of green space around the building for the dogs to go potty, people don't clean up after their animals, and the management staff is some-what spotty on when they are in the office.
For the price, location, amenities, Stuart Hall is a pretty good place.
