By the way... There are Roaches. LOTS of Roaches. OMG

Don't move here. You'll regret it!! The maintenance is virtually nonexistent and management is a joke. They won't even return you phone calls. Most of the maintenance men don't even speak english (illegal aliens). When you page maintenance, they don't call back. About 97% of the people who live here all all from the same island. Somewhere in Micronesia. they treat this complex as though its one big house. Like it's their own litte village. They get annoyed when american's move here. The manager told me this herself. They let their children (toddlers) run around all times of the night with no adult supervision. Sometimes until 5 oclock in the morning. The kids are always throwing rocks at the windows and patio doors.
They barbeque ALL night long during the summer till about 6 am. I had to call the cops on them several times. The pool is digusting. I'd never go near it and there's trash everywhere. They have no respect. They throw trash or your porch and sit on your porch whenever they feel like it. I cannot prove this, but it seems as though ther'es a lot of drug activity here. This place looks like a 3rd. worl country. So why did I move here' I was lied to. The apartment wasn't even finished. I was promised a different one. The one I was shown. ---i could go on for DAYS... Do NOT move here!!! These people are nasty! They even pee in the laundry room, leave old food in the basements so flies can breed, play their weird music all loud... (sigh) I'm done. lol. I cannot get out of my lease till' the end of this year. Poor me.
