Hillside Park Apartments

One of the better apartments around for price. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Hillside Park was very affordable and floor plans were nice. Staff was friendly and maintenance was ok. We had to hound them to get anything done, but they usually did it right the first time. We had experiences with some spiders & roaches, but nothing that was awful. They don't really spray very much for bugs. Without IHOP (International House of Prayer) across the street, this place would be less safe because of the great people that IHOP brings in. There have been HUGE potholes in parking lot for months, which were promised to be fixed by management months ago. Parking is poor, not well lit, and noise level can be a problem...all wood buildings. Our year here was pleasant enough, but wouldn't want to do it again. Good luck.
