Welcome to the Ghetto From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This place is ran poorly. They will go into your apartment with prior notice which is illegal they must give you a 24HR notice (Stated by the law). The apartment manager also lives in the complex and has load music playing and argues with others outside. Cars and apartments get broken into all the time. Kids run around unsupervised.
