I lived at Hillside from ____ to ____ and loved living there the first ____ years there. However, new management took over and the last ____ years of my tenancy, there were 3-different companies who owned the property. All of which never took care of business properly. It was like living in hell. You never felt comfortable coming out to check your mail, much less taking out your garbage. No one seemed to care about the property anymore. The property was dirty, the units falling apart and the tenants were, well, lets just say I would have liked living in a zoo much better than Hillside. Snow removal and lawn care became a thing of the past. They thought that by painting the outside of the units that that would help reel in some decent people, but once you got in there and saw how aweful the staff was and incompetent the maintenance crew was, you soon saw that the outside was a lie. It's a trap...don't take the bait.
