I am moving out of Hilltop after 12 great years. I am relocating to be closer to my mother and that is the only reason I am having to leave. Hilltop is clean, it's quiet and I have never had any problems here. My neighbors are wonderful and the maintenance and office staff have always been polite and helpful. I am sorry to leave and have had a very good experience all around. People who post anonymously do it for a reason. I doubt this person ever even lived here.
