My experience at Hilltop was a good one for the exception of the new management, who has not a clue as to how to interact with people and handle the company's business. The woman who was manager before, Kathy, was excellent, personable, people friendly and knew how to get things done. The new woman, Stephane Durant, is very cold, uncaring, hard to communicate with and extremely unprofessional. She is really a lot of the reason why I decided not to sign another lease with Hilltop and eventually move.
I loved the location, my neighbors, the fact that Bally's was next door, Hypermart, 435 highway, and bus line was easily accessible. In order for Hilltop to continue to be the top notch community for living, the corporation company who owns it will have to change who is sitting at its front desk.
