Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have live at Hilltop Since May 2006. There are a few things I must tell any future resident. Don't just settle for the first thing you see, always shop around. The GOOD: The property is nice and well maintained and the apartments seem to be in good condition, even though they are smaller than other apartments offered at the same price. The complex is located on a major street right off the highway (I-435). The BAD: My apartment has flooded 3 times from the washer located in the bathroom, you have to get home before 10pm to park or you'll have to park near the woods! My vehicle has also been broken into, and they took my CD player. The UGLY: If you live in the back, there are wild animals roaming around (cats, racoons, skunks and Deers in the winter) because there are trees located in the back. I have had a wild animal in my attic which lived in there for a long period of time, until the right manager did something about it. Thanks Kathy, and John! I thought about moving, but since there is an apartment manager there who really cares, I don't mind staying.
