Two-and-a-half years ago I moved into Hilltop based on a meeting with the maintenance man. My then-boyfriend was assigned to scout apartments for me and when he got to Hilltop and met Ray, he was sold. Ray was helpful, courteous, thoughtful and more. He even reserved an apartment for the that ensured I felt safe since I would be living alone.

When I found out Ray had been with the company for a very long time, I wasn't surprised. You can tell how much pride he takes in the place. He always waves and always smiles... and when his wife Kathy came to manage she was equally friendly and accomodating. Anytime I called, I always received prompt response and good service.

The apartment itself was cozy and really will be hard to leave. The fireplace made the deciding difference for me and was warm and romantic each winter. For the money, Hilltop really is a good deal and in a good location. The on-site pool is nice, even though I didn't use it. Noise levels were about what you'd expect and in some ways even better. I had good neighbors, whom I met and we looked out for one another. I'd recommend Hilltop without hesitation.
