I came here just few months ago and waiting to get out of here ASAP.Some positive points are ...certain equipents were changed but the worst part is the apt and the surrounding is not well maintained. There are dry leaves all over, unknown people entering without vigilence, many complains left unattended and above all the cracks and leaks. The Maintainence guy is to occupied just repairing leaks in every apt and probably does not have time attending other jobs ( I really feel for him !!! )
