I had fruit fly's, bugs & substandard living conditions..It was not a safe place to live with unlit sidewalks & parking lots. Outsiders were allowed on premises after hours & cars being stolen or broke into..
The supposed security doors never really closed..
Management did not renew your lease according to the Missouri by-laws & allowed you only 5 days from the time they put it on your door to sign the said lease..
