Stinky Stairwells

I was actually recently looking for a place to stay and I had visited these apartments previously. The stairwell are completly gross. That right there was a turn off. I'm quite sure it doesn't cost that much to replace a few square feet of carpet in each unit and building. The tile in the bath tub was mismatched. Overall it sucks!!!
