Don't waste your time

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2005
 
I have had all kinds of problems with my apartment....fruit flys, crack walls, leaking pipes, etc. The noise level is awful. You can hear people in and out of their kitchen cabinets (I thought I had someone in my kitchen). And the management does not renew your lease according to the Missouri by-laws. The complex is becoming very ghetto. Don't waste your time
