Biggest issue was fraud. Not only did Faye know that the maintenance man Ed was not doing his job nor was he taking care of problems, he was however signing off on the maintenance tickets that the work was done. Vickie made several comments that she in fact knew that Ed was not doing his job. Evidence was had in the form of a video tape of Ed and his practice. When Faye was approached about this she had no comment.
the tenents are being charged within their rent for his salary to provide these services which he was not doing and the managers had full knowledge of this.

Peoples cars and property were being broken into however the management especially Vickie did nothing nor did they bother to notify anyone of what was going on.

There is no controlled access to this property, so they have misrepresented this information.

The pool is usually open late at the start of the season.

As I have said, I wouldn'd live there ever again even if it was the last place on earth.
