This place sucks. I used to be a resident but moved out a couple of months ago. Although I never had issues with crime, a few blocks away is one of the worst in he city. Since I was new in town I did not know at the time. When I asked Vickie she claimed it was the safest area in town. What a liar. Of course then there were the maintanence issues. Nothing gets fixed or done. The staff is rude. I was so glad to leave and go somewhere else. I have never rented from any place like this before, and at least now know what to look for. I am in New Mark apt north of the river and they are awesome. 24.7 maintanence actually came out when my washer stopped working at 1 am and fixed it. They are pleasant, the community is much cleaner, apartments are spacious and nice and clean.
