We have rented lots of apartments in several different cities, so I have worked with a lot of people in apartment complexes. I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to go find a place to write a review for this complex. As I said I have talked to a lot of people who run apartment complexes, these women were fabulous to work with, and mind you I am renting for my son who was a college ball player, and two other ball players. Don't kid yourself,most people would be right away thinking the worst of these boys, not so, they treated them wonderfully, and in fact on move out day she told me they were model residents, and would welcome them back at any time. They also treated the boys with respect and fairness, but then again the boys gave them no reason not too, but most places don't do that. In fact most places take advantage to sock it them, making up things to charge them for when they move out. the last place they were in Parkville, we personally cleaned every inch of that apartment, it was in pristine shape, and again they wanted the boys to stay, but ended up charging them most of their deposit for cleaning. Not here, they were more than fair. Anytime we called they were right there fixing anything. This overall was a wonderful experience, my only caution is for sure do not use the travel agency next door! We and they never saw a bug, no stains on carpet, things were quite clean, smelled good.We saw nothing to ever be concerned for our sons safety, and we are from Johnson county!
