this place is to up and down, it never seems like anything gets done right the first time, and they bombard you with notices, almost on a daily basis, sometimes repeating itself 3 or 4 times. the property does look pretty nice on a contstant basis. but the beauty does not make up for the "in your buisness" management style. crime is not to bad, but while i was here, there was a couple of car breakins and apartment breakins. one employee even said they have to do work, that should be contracted out, and are not given the appropriate tools. a couple of my neighbors said that they had moved because of a roach problem. a couple of other residents on the other side of the property have said they have not seen any though. the parking is not good in one area, i've almost been hit a few times. finally, with the triangle construction, it makes it a re4al pain to get in and out of the complex.
