Paper thin walls, you get to hear what everyone else is doing. Constant bombardment of notices and flyers.(if the manager is going to blow her nose, she wants you to know about it) Contestant harassment at the pool for your "pool pass". PAPERS PLEASE!! PAPERS PLEASE!!... veeee are deee Pool Nazis do u have your paaapperezzzz

Cheap carpet have ruined 3 vacuum cleaners from all the fuzz

The icing on the cake is the wonderful cooling system in my apparent NOT! I have called them at least 6 times to fix it. Each time the come out and give a little once over and say "ittts ok now sir", but has not been able to cool my appt down below 80 degrees and if its 90 degrees out, it stays a nice cool 85 degrees, all the while I have $200 dollar electric bills in the hot months (for a 850 sq foot appt)

thought about doing the "wont pay rent till you fix the air thing", but I am sure I would loose to the army of lawyers that corporation that runs the place could muster.

There is no personal touch here and they are all business. All to evident in not replacing my air conditioning unit to save "expenses"

ohh and lets not forget the wonderful Grandview triangle contraction that makes getting in and out a nightmare



now on a positive note the grounds are well maintained, and they are a little newer, crime isn t bad, although I see quite a few "shady" characters, lots of coming and going late at night, I am quite sure there is some drug activity going on, but not so much that you see the police all the time. I probably see the police here once every three weeks.


When my lease is up I will shake the dust from my feet and the heck out of here, there are MUCH better places for the money.


I am giving this place all bad marks to offset the fake post that was obviously done by Kings Quarters management.
