UPDATE 11/2008: I have lived here now for over 4 months and the staff continues to be responsive when I have concerns. They have had several small functions at the clubhouse that I wasn't able to attend, but the thought is nice. I'll report back if anything changes, but so far, I'm very pleased with my apartment, the value, and the staff.

7/2008 I just moved in and I am pleased with my apartment so far. After shopping for months, I was impressed with the value for the dollar. I am in one of the small one bedrooms (515 sq.ft.) It is nicely remodeled, comfortable, very well maintained, and clean. The office and maintenance staff have bent over backwards to satisfy my requests. And NO I am NOT a member of the staff. The appliances are new or newer and it came with a decent walk in closet and a storage space off of the balcony. There are security flood lights on the parking lots and monitored security systems in the apartments. It's located near the triangle so there is access to highways in almost every direction. The small one bedroom might not work if you are a big cook needing lots of counter space and cabinets and there's not much counter for electric appliances. It comes with a dishwasher and a single kitchen sink. As for noise, I have heard some cabinets doors closing, etc. but haven't heard anything outrageous so far. I'm feeling pretty good about it here compared to the big complex I just moved from.
