I'm so glad that my lease will finally be up in a month. I have nothing good to say about this place. The management is poor, the maintenance is poor, I haven't seen a security guard in months at night. There was a shooting at the apartments next door several months ago.

I have repeatedly asked for things to be repaired and the maintenance staff comes in and pretends they aren't a problem. I've never lived anywhere like this. For example, the toilet doesn't fully empty unless you flush 4 or 5 times. I've been very descriptive and the maintenance staff comes in and leaves a note saying "toilet flushes" either they are total idiots or worse.

I've had issues with a rodent in my ceiling and they won't deal with it after repeated requests. I've also had an issue with some sort of backup of liquid when someone in a neighboring apartment was showering (you hear everyone's water loudly in your building - forget about sleep if you have a neighbor who showers really late or really early). I complained several times and they refused to do anything until they saw the evidence of the same problem in a vacant neighboring apartment and then the MANAGER told me she would call a plumber - she refused to do anything even when I offered to show her photos of the problem.

The place is terrible. The management is terrible. Save yourself a year of frustration and go somewhere else.

Not only that but you will hear your neighbors - far more than you should or would want to.
