I am a resident at which is now called Kings Manor Apartments. Where should I start' When I toured this apartment building everything looked golden, spacious apartments, low price, water and trash paid for*, great move in deal one month free one month half off (this was just to draw you in). After a week of living there I realized the horror film I just now been cast into. My neighbors kids constantly try to break into my place, they DO NOT pay water and trash, my window was broken when i moved in, the trim had chunks missing, my door hinge to my bedroom was broken, my front door is cracked in the molding and you can see into my apartment if you stoop down, the pilot light constantly keeps going out, my kitchen drawer broke on me, my bathroom is tiny the ceiling is caving in and the shower head is lower than my head (only 5"10 here), the other report of kids constantly running through the hall is correct, my upstairs neighbors constantly wrestle around even after i put a report in. When they sprayed for pests they left my door UNLOCKED after they left, I was lucky to come home to nothing stolen. Speaking of which my front door never locks normally anymore I have to lift the door up to lock the deadbolt (unnecessary pain in the ass!) ALL IN ALL this place SUCKS!
