Over the past year, Knollwood has gone way downhill. Change in management in the past few months is not improving the place. Each manager gets worse and worse. Especially the one who would not see tenants and sat behind closed doors with her leasing agent playing guard dog. They claim no Section 8 or subsidized housing, but it is hard to believe with all the riff raff around there.
