This place is a hole.

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have not lived at Knollwood for even a year and in that time I have witnessed the following:
SWAT team staking out an apartment.
Repeated Domestic Disturbances.
Constant Policing.
Pools are constantly closed.
Shootings.

I have also complained about my bathtub not draining and my fridge leaking water and freezing where it shouldn't. Maintenance has been out twice and the problem remains.
You would be better off living in a refrigerator box on Broadway.
