I have lived here for two years now and have had problems with everything in this place not to mention having someone actually come to fix things. I know quite a few of the residence here and they all say the same thing. No matter how nice it looks on the outside if you dont keep up the apartments and townhouses then what good is it. Management doesnt get that and god forbid you need something fixed two weeks later MAYBE!!! and they will call you back. Here are a list of some of the residence preblems that are still not fixed....
A broken stove - 3 wks later still not fixed
Water heater that exploded in basement - was not their problem and were advised to call renters insurance
A/C constantly running but not cooling at last I heard 4 months of high electric bills and still not working correctly
Drains backing up and flooding - still unfixed 4 weeks and counting
