Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
i lived here for a couple years and got tired of the parties and gun shots. little did i know their was a moving out fee. thats what they should call it anyway. i gave 60days notice, cleaned and vaccumed the apartment and they still want to charge $300 dollars to move out. for pet damage which as a pet owner i paid a deposit to have a pet and an extra 15 dollars a month. i would not reccomned anyone live here. i even know ppl who moved back to the projects because it was safer
