I lived here for two years. First year was ok, but in the second year, every other day, something is broken. The apartment's heater broke in winter and it took them more then two weeks to replace its motor and fix it. Every now and then, my bathroom's ceiling starts leaking. The other day it leaked so bad in the middle of the night that I had to call 911. Dirty water flooded carpet. They suppsedly 'fix' it every time, but then it leaks again. My advice is don't move here and if you do, never take an apartment on the first floor.

Why would you call 911 for a leak? Obviously, you are contacting the wrong people and that could be a lot of your problem.
