I have read some of these "complaints" and I can tell you from personal experience that Knollwood is a great place to live. I've lived here for about a year now, and the staff has been great, not only that, I LOVE my town home!!!!! I have met and talked to every member on the staff and have nothing but good things to say about them. My air conditioner stopped working, when it was 90 degrees outside, and you bet they were right there and even ended up replacing the whole thing. Anyone reading these other reviews should not think twice about going to Knollwood, it is a great place, especially if you have kids, and the staff is great!!!! You'll love it and won't regret coming to live here.
