My fiance and I have lived at Knollwood for a few months now and so far everything is good. There's a few hidden things like satellite issues. They don't allow cable, and if you want any other satellite company than dish, you have to have renter's insurance and pay a 300 dollar deposit, and they have to approve of the company. If you want dish you still have to pay a 100 dollar deposit for the box, and you set it up through them. There's an additional 5 dollar per mo. fee for having the box. It's just a little bit rediculous to me. The dish is also pretty expensive too. But other than that everything has been going pretty well, we've seen a couple fighting alot, but not any other ones. The staff is pretty nice. It's an alright place to live.
