Knollwoods have a excellent staff. They are helpful and understanding. My fiance and I have live here for almost a month and everything is great. If something breaks we call and the handy man comes right over. I read a review saying they don't allow cable' That is false we have digital cable and the internet with no problems what so ever. When it comes to the water bill, we find it to be an excellent price. 7 dollars a person is great. The only problems we come across are from nieghboors which is to be expected with anywhere you live.

Actually no it's not.. I do not work for them but then again maybe I'm one of their attendants they actually like because we don't cause problems and we pay rent way in advance. The only problem with these apartments are the other attendants considering most of them destroy property, blare tvs and radios, smoke in the hallways, trash the buildings and well there's a lot more. When I complain to the office they take care of it and I see results with in a half a hour of the complaint.
