I'll give you what you need to know. (Ihave the exact floorplan as the pic i attached) Our neighbors are the WORST part of our experience here and one main reason we will be leaving in march 09. The people across the hall allowed their child to run and scream in the halls at all hours. We called security 3 times the apartments more, before they stopped letting him out there. We signed a ten month lease to start out and have since signed another one. They don't pay any attention to the pets (working out for me) but I have seen restricted breeds all over the place (like pitt bulls with unfit owners). There are some very nice tenants if you get out and about. Maintenance is not too bad but we ALWAYS tell them to call first and they NEVER do. I didn't get to the door fast enough one time because I was practically naked and luckily the maintenance person was a woman BUT she just came right in "oh sorry I didn't get the note to call first". One maintenance man seems a lil suspisious, like watches people. I have a broken window on my car and it's been broken into SEVERAL times. This part is no lie. LOTS of break ins (as far as cars not homes that I know of). We have very little to do with the staff so we can't really complain. They do have Time Warner these days, they didnt used to until aug 07 when they switched managers. The people below us liter like crazy so it looks like ---- outside our apartment. The townhomes are not bad, have friends in them. Lots of young people or non-white people. Were in the young group. The pools aren't bad when theyre not over run with unsupervised kids. Its hard to move in large furniture because of the floor plan, the way the hallway is. Carpets are very cheap. Kitchen sucks, bathroom is great. No cabinet space or room to move it the kitchen but the bathroom is like the same size so its a great bathroom. Patio is not bad either. Laundry room is disgusting and its 1.50 wash, 1.50 dry. And they dont even dry that good! you pay 7 bucks a person for water. electric bill is never too bad since its a smaller place and we have lots of fans for summer. Hope this helps anyone.
