I have lived in Knollwood for the past 5 months or so. So far i have liked it. Neighbors can be a little noisy, but anywhere you go will be like that from time to time. I feel pretty safe there. The outside is lighted well and they have a nightly patrol and a number to call for emergencies. I have heard of break ins and been told about them, but have never had it happen as long as i have lived here. hopefully it stays that way. Maitenence has been outstanding, anything i have had a problem with they have solved in less then 24 hours. I have heard bad things about the managment, but it is ran by MAXUS now and since i have been there managment has been good. The "crime rate" has seemed to slow down compared to previous posts. Overall i like the place, neighbors aren't the best but cant choose them.
