Lakeside Village apartments are large, well laid out, in a wonderful area, beautiful setting, convenient location. That said, the management is practically useless. They pulled out most of the washers and dryers, leaving one to be shared by 40 units. They take forever to follow up on tenant problems, and have the harshest (and probably illegal) late payment policies I've ever seen. Except for a brief period when dangerous drug dealers lived upstairs, it has been safe and quiet.
