I LOVED our townhouse; It was spacious and quiet, the neighbors were friendly, the grounds were green, the lake was beautiful, even a beaver had built a dam. Picturesque is a great word here.
THEN: The parking was worse than a nightmare. I PAID to have a garage and somebody would always block it so I couldn't get in to it. I complained and complained and was told nothing could be done about it. One day I got fed up with it and blocked their car in. Guess who they towed! Me! With my carseat in the car (Oh, did I mention I was pregnant at the time). Here I am on Sunday afternoon with a toddler and over 8 months pregnant and find my car has been towed for blocking the *&^%$ that cause me not to be able to park in the garage that we paid for! The manager's response was "It's not my responsibility to contact you before we tow your car. You shouldn't have parked there." So, after having to pay for a ticket and a tow bill, I threatened to call the codes administration on them about their parking issue! All the sudden they were bending over backward to move us to the North side of the lake where the parking is better. So, assuming the same manager is not there as was there then, it's probably a nice place to live.
