I rented one of the townhome units with a buddy of mine, and we had nothing but problems. First off, the manager Nicole, is terrible! If she is still there, then that ----- needs to be fired. The other members of mgmt. were also terrible! Cars got broke into right and left, almost every weekend, including mine and my roomie's. We had a couple friends of ours stay over one night and both their cars were broke into, and so were about 6 others that belonged to our immediate neighbors. The parking lot is poorly lit, there is no security, never any parking, and if you live near the end of the complex around the dumpster area, then I am willing to bet your car will be vandalized!!! I along with others, reported all of these break-ins, and the mgmt. told me that they would have KCPD drive through the lot several times during the night to ensure our safety. Guess what...I never saw any police drive through the dim parking lot, and cars and property continued to get damaged. The only good things about this place are the townhomes are very nice inside, and very roomy, and the maint. guy is very helpful. I wouldn't waste your time moving here and they are over priced anyways!
