I've lived in Library Lofts for over a year now, and I recommend living Downtown and Embassy Properties (especially Library Lofts) to everyone I know. The Management has made my stay truly enjoyable. The only two issues my building had when I moved (mostly because it was brand new) were fixed in a timely manner. The maintenance staff is amazing, freindly, James is truly a great guy. Every staff member makes you feel like you are very important to them. Almost no one in my building has moved out and we have all become friends. I love this area. The amenities available are amazing. If you want to live in the nicest place downtown. This is where you go. I want to stay her unless I have to go. Only thing is you pay extra for parking, but you can walk right into the building from the garage, which makes it safe for a single girl.
