We did a little looking around at other lofts in the area, and I really do think this is a good deal for the price. Naturally, prices are higher for larger apartments. We visited other lofts just as expensive (or even more so), with tiny windows and no views to speak of, and cheap vinyl flooring. Our apartment has some really great views and terrific looking concrete floors.

Although parking is not included in the rent, the garage is connected to the building via a covered walk and secure, so the extra expense is definitely worth it.

On occasion there is some noise from a nearby night club, but nothing too bad. I haven't yet had any problems with noisy neighbors, which is great.
