I moved here because it seemed like a great deal. My car has been keyed and rear ended (hit and run). My neighbors don't clean up after their dogs in the hallways, and neither does the cleaning staff. Noisy horrible neighbors drinking (and leaving trash in the hallways) when I first moved in, and now cranky crying children roaming the halls now. In the summertime, expect to listen to the obnoxious live music from Johnny's down the street. (by the way, Mondays are karoke night-either that or a REALLY BAD BAND). The fire alarm has been pulled twice as a prank at 4-5.00 in the morning. The dumpster was also set on fire at 3.00 in the morning. If your neighbors are noisy, don't expect the staff to do anything about it-they tell you to call the cops. So I have 4 TIMES. Not to mention someone did get shot outside the building. I pay a ridiculous amount of money for a space the size of a large closet, poor ventilation and huge windows that aren't conducive to heating or cooling bills. One of the reasons I moved in was because of the pool (I have a bad back and swimming is part of my physical therapy)-the first and only time I used it I had a rash from the unbalanced chemicals. It is not heated and it does smell funny-and that smell permeates through the rest of the 'facility'. Appearances are great inside the apartment, until everything breaks, and then breaks again after 'maintenence' fixes the problem (a month or so after them being notified).
