BEWARE... if you are in the mood for very rude and unprofessional staff, terrible parking conditions even in the parking garage, overpriced, dirty downtown, a mile away from anywhere to legally let your dog go to the bathroom, washer and dryer take 4 hours to do 1 load which is just max two pairs of jeans, staff will come into your place without 24 hour notice!!!, what ever happened to the customer is always right, don't get your depoist back, will bring strangers into your loft just to rent it out as quick as possible, HUD lofts and every hall smells like pot and smoke, will quote you the wrong price and change it when you sign your lease, if you want loft style living go somewhere else, The only plus is the loft floorplans are pretty cool Just make sure you only sign a 6 month lease you will be glad you did even for the extra $40.00.
