Terrible. Absolutely terrible.

I moved into my apartment in the Waltower building in May and have regretted it since June. It took the staff 3 MONTHS and 7 PHONE CALLS to get my name programmed in the entry system. When I finally got put in there, it didn't work. That took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls to fix. There have been at least 5 different occasions where I came home from a full day of work and found the elevator to be broken. That doesn't sound like such a ridiculous amount...except when you live on the 11th or 12th floors. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. My bedroom wall is shared with my neighbors living room wall. I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on. I don't mind that too terribly...except for the fact that everything that my neighbor does is very very loud and done between 11pm and 3am. I wake up several times each night because of this. I've called the leasing office 3 times to file noise complaints and nothing has changed. The hallways are consistently dirty (example: we had that huge snowstorm 5 days ago and the first floor hallway is STILL caked in mud and dirt). Do they have a cleaning staff' I do not reccommend living here to ANYONE. I am counting the days until my lease is up.
