I lived in a loft in the West building for one year. Whe I toured the place, I had to step over dirty laundry and old pizza boxes. Furthermore, there was a huge blue wax stain on the carpet which i reported and was told to "mark it on the damages form." I had to wash my carpets 4 times before they were clean enough to walk on, and had to get the stain out myself. Furthermore, i reported a leak in the kitchen 4 times and they never sent someone to fix it.

Their remodeling to "go condo" is a joke. all they did was add new carpet, paint, and lighting to the hallways. And they will tell you anything to get you to sign, and then renig on their deals if you do not get it on paper. They raised everyone's rent just enough to get us to want to move so others can buy.

the old managment was lazy, but the new management is unprofessional, cold, and financially shaddy. I puttied holes, cleaned up wax, and performed various other tasks to ensure my deposit was returned to me at the end of the year. They gave me less than half back, and refused to meet with me to discuss as "the girl who made the financial decisions is out on leave for one month." Their main reason for not returning my money was "new managment, new standards".
