We love the Locarno! Best place we ve ever lived. We ve been here now 8 years and have found the management and maintenance staff friendly, accommodating, onsite, and prompt. We are always proud to live here because they keep it clean and updated. The tenants are a mixture of friendly, young professionals and empty nesters that mix well together. The location and view are superb with all the Plaza has to offer right across the footbridge. In all of our years here, it s all been good with one exception... not enough storage space.
