I've found the staff at Madison Park to be very polite and helpful. The complex itself is very quiet, and I've never had any problems with other tenants, or problems with my car in the parking lot. The landscaping around my building used to be horrible, but now it's been redesigned and very nice.The price of the apartments seems a little high for the size of apartment, but the carpet/blinds/other amenities are wonderful. Maintenance is excellent---they will come the same day or call back and let you know when they will be able to come.

I live in the back of the complex, and the parking there can be tricky, especially when people have friends over. If I run an errand at night and come back, I'll have to parallel park on the curb. Pet owners do not always do a good job of picking up after their dogs. One thing that really bothers me is the gate---it is always broken, so it is open all the time. Another thing is the added cost for things like covered parking--I believe it is an extra $75, which would bring the cost of living here equal to a four bedroom house in some parts of town.
