First off, upon signing my lease the agents were nice, but they soon turned vicious because they didn't know how to work a fax machine.

They also turned vicious when I stated that my room mate would not be moving at the same time and tried to put me out on the streets for a couple of weeks until they could move.

We had a great special, but they jacked up rent for those specials and quote you one price on viewing, and then a totally different price on lease signing.

They also don't respond very timely or at all to maintenance emergencies. We had a two bath and the faucet was gushing water, but since we had a second bath it wasn't considered an emergency by staff.

They also try charging bogus late fees even when you have your paperwork dated by banking financial institutions and are prone to losing packages and paperwork.

The hot tub is nice, if you can ever get to it through the many kids and layer of body oil that slicks the entire surface of the water.

Sauna never worked.

Parking is a pain and most people scratch your doors, and they will leave expired cars in the parking lot FOR THREE FULL YEARS before taking notice AND TWO MONTHS to tow.

Any rules' No, tenants leave garbage on their balcony, have ghetto screaming fights at night, you'll call and try to get something done about anything, they'll scoff and hang up the phone, but not after taking your name and number and writing it in your file that you're a complainer.
