I lived there for six years. First three years where okay. But then the clientel started to change. Lots of young kids run around unattended and damage cars. Caught three once throwing rocks at parked cars. Last three years really sucked. Loud neighbors moved in and then it went down-hill. Area around the building always smelled like dog sh** and there were always cigarette butts tossed everywhere (including my balacony!). Save your money and buy a small house.
