I've lived in this complex for over a year now. It's very disturbing to me that, my apartment and the apartment next to mine has actually been broken into. The staff is rude. You cannot get maintenance service the same day, ever. I've had my share of the neighbors and their loud music at all hours of the night. There are a lot of people that hang around outside the buildings on any given evening, for no apparent reason. I am a single parent and if I want to come in after dark, it's scary as hell because you never know if there are going to be people hanging around for whatever reason. The security is terrible. This is a gated community, there are still unknowns that drive up and down the street, not to mention the walkers. The security officer does not do rounds around the complex like you would think he should. It's just a very uncomfortable place to be, especially if you're a single parent. I wouldn't reccomend to anyone. And all these "specials" they have frequently, are allowing a different kind of tenant to reside in the neighborhood. Some people have no regard for others, let alone their neighbors. I can't wait to move out. This complex makes it look good from the outside but dealing with it from the inside is terrible.
