Could be nice, but falls short

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Unfriendly, unresponsive staff. Security force throws weight around. Toilet has run for 7 months, exhaust fan has never worked in bathroom. Big discreptency in rent charged. Wastes lots of money on silly parties, etc. Breezeway ceiling falling in. After complaining about maintenance, my tires were slashed.
