Please don't live here- it's really really bad

They look nice and might seem that way, but the was thay care of tenants is very bad.
Let see... car breakins (that is common I suppose)
Main problems- I ordered a new computer, I got the notice on my door saying it was in the office, well to my suprise- SOMEONE ELSE WAS GIVEN MY COMPUTER! After the police were involved I received my computer... the lady in the office barely apologized.
When a drawer fell apart, they tried to glue it back together instead of giving us a new one- besides being cheap, the drawer looks AWFUL, the glue the maintenance guy used leaked onto the kitchen chair (ruined the chair) and all over the carpet.
Another time I received another package, I went into the office, they could NOT find it- after a few minutes on the phone with FEDEX with a signature on file, they suddenly found my package... hmmm..
Most recently ASHLEY (a girl in the office) mixed up a phone order with SBC- my PHONE WAS DISCONNECTED for 6 days!!! I got a 'I'm sorry' via voicemail and when I asked the management what they were going to do because of this, "nothing it's not OUR fault".
The apt were probably nice years ago, the studs are popping through the walls, not in the model, of course. Pool is also dirty and hot tubs are disguisting!
One other thing, we put in a maintenance request about a window that wouldn't stay open (in August)- after 3 months of asking them, we gave up- just 2 weeks ago (JUNE) they knocked on the door to fix the problem.
Don't waste your time, money or efforts.. the girls in the office don't know what they are doing.
Also, there are lots of 'parties' for the tenants, but during those hours no-one is the office- forget about asking questions or getting packages- they are far too busy having a good time instead of doing there job.
