Really is North KC's best kept secret...

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
Upon completing 15 years of the apartment life in Kansas City from the Plaza, Lenexa, and South KC area, I would have to give the Woods of Walnut Creek 5 popcorn bags, two thumbs up, and a resounding YEA! I have seen the staff and property owners change since my arrival and even from when friends lived here 10 years ago, and I can say that I got the better years here.
I am moving to Oklahoma City and will miss the fun times and events from Walnut Creek, the beautiful trees, landscaping, and the tranquil atmosphere that has been given to me
by the staff and all that live here. I will also miss KC barbeque, the Plaza, Chiefs football, the Nelson, not to mention all that this fine city has to offer. I have some great times here with my parents and even my college bound daughter and if they say that this was the nicest place they mean it. (Its always hard to please both parents and offspring at the same time.)
If asked would I recommend this place to others I would have to first ask the many who have come to the complex to visit and said how nice it was. They could tell you of the beauty that they never knew was here and how I enjoyed my stay. Lucky I have taken enough pictures to take with me where the wind is always 25mph and where trees are as few as good barbeque resturants.
Thank you for all of the great memories and hope others can have the same here. I also just took one of my last walks on the trails and it was great to see all of the Red Japanese Maples, Burning bushes, Forsythia, Pine, Aspen, Oak, Maple, and of course Walnut trees looking so great along with all of the other vegetation that makes this place an enjoyment.
