Deceiving

Look past the cover. Nice people, but all around unreliable. Maintenance is a talented crew, but they don't usually do things without having to complain about it first. Also, they don't have a good line of communication between them and the office crew. They don't tend to follow specific requests and lack showing notice when they've visited, as required by contract. Not reliable and very frustrating to deal with. The apartments are not meant to be lived in long-term. They don't withstand normal wear and tear.
